Your goal is so spossible! I know that you can do it! When you think you cant do it just look at pics of your pre preg self. that is what motivaited me the first time around

Good Luck! The first week is hard but after that its all good. I went back to my pre-pregnancy weight (155) doing the dr. ians fat smashing diet, and after I finished the diet I never went back to the junk food that I use to eat. now Im (153). well keep me posted on how it goes!

i wish i could go on a diet lolz im scared cuz im goinna start new bc and i hope i dont gain weight thts the one so confusiing too lazy to run lolz good luck gurly hahahhaha im such a dork hehehheheee

Hello ladies... well here goes I have been meaning to get my diet/exercise regimen in order and here goes nothing well I work out Monday's and Fridays and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do water areobics...I am not sure or my exact measurements are but I know my waist is a 31 Holy crap target waist I want back is a 27, and I am weighing in at around 166 pounds and my short term goal is to get to 150 by my birthday on Oct. 21st so thats 17 pounds in less than 3 months... pRAY 4 ME YA'LL
Oh I had a salad for lunch today and drinking tons of water...
