| 23-5-2008 - Blood Test Phobia |  My mood while writing this blog:Ok |
Anyone else have a fear of blood tests? I had the midwife to my house today god love her as she knows i'm so bad she even visits me!! I was up vomiting in the night just at the thought of the blood test! It began when a junior doctor did a house call to me when I was tiny did a blood test and got blood all over my pyjamas, never forgotten it and obviously has grown into something huge!!
I'm lucky the midwife has said that if all is ok with this blood work then she wont put me through it again that will be my lot. Just as well she took my blood pressure at 27 weeks as she just laughed today when she took my blood pressure at 29, i'm sure it was through the roof!!!
If anyone reading this has any good ideas on how to get rid of this fear would love to hear about it.
Fingers crossed no more blood tests sends me all dizzy, off to get a cream cake! x
