16-10-2008 - Theos Hernia Op Tomorrow

My mood while writing this blog: Can\'t sleep!

Well tomorrow is the big day and i've got to be up for 4.30 am to give Theo his last feed, all feeds stop at 5.30 am he's then allowed water till 6.30 and that's it. We have to be in Oxford at the hospital for 7.30 am and operations start at 8.30 am, it should just be a day visit for the op if all goes well and no complications. They try and get all the babies in first as they don't like them going for very long without food so fingers crossed we are one of the first in and Theo doesn't have to go long without boobie as he will surely throw a fit.... :)

I've tried sleeping already and ended up just lying there watching the ceiling so have decided to come and surf for a while before bedding down again. I just know all will be ok but if your reading this say a little prayer please for Theo and a speedy recovery.

Been a crap week my Grandad passed away (it was expected really) and whilst I'm glad he is at peace now it's been very sad, kind of the end of an era. We have his funeral next Tuesday so i've spent the day looking for old photos to scan onto a digital photo frame so we can take a peek at his wonderful life after the funeral service at the golf club where we're having a bite to eat. Dreading Tuesday too, we've picked 2 gorgeous songs by Andrea Bocelli - The Prayer and Goodbye for those who know. Gorgeous Songs but I know i'm going to be in floods.
