I had contractions every 6 mins. from 12: 30 till 2:30 and i couldn't sleep at all and i really wanted to go into the hospital but my hubby told me to hold out and wait until they were closer together and so around 5:00 i couldn't take it any more and wanted to at least go in to see if i could get some meds to stop the contractions. My hubby told me to try and take a benedryl and try and sleep. I flipped out on him and was like NO we are going in to the hospital. But, honestly i was scared cause i didn't want him to be soo small if i was going to have him. Anyways we got into the hospital and waited for my ob to come in and check me and she was like WOAH you are 4 cm dilated +1. which means of course that the baby dropped. so they admitted me around 6:30 and then checked me again around 9ish and i told my hub to go to work for at least a half day cause i thought it might be tuesday till i have him or at least a long labor.. i was very wrong. The doc said you are now 5cm and that i could get an epidural. And after that he wanted to break my water and so of course ben wasn't there yet so My doc ( dr Johnson) said if your husband wants to see his son be born that he better get into the hospital. So time went by and Ben got into the hospital and they broke my water. After i knew it it was 2: 10 and i was like... OMG i feel like i really have to poop. lol and they said ok well lets check you.. the nurses eyes got big and said ok well you are going to have your baby and DO NOT PUSH, because his head was right there. so they got Dr. Johnson and ladys he was literally feel out of me. He was born at 2:29!! only like 8 or nine pushes!!
and that is how it happend.
