So I've noticed a weird pattern with my eating. I am starving from about 7 am until about 2 pm. I will eat something like a bowl of cereal and banana for breakfast, yogurt for snack and veggie wrap for lunch. As the afternoon goes on and gets towards dinnertime, I just get so BLOATED, my stomache swells up and hurts! Even if I am feeling hungry I feel like I can't eat a thing because I just feel like I'm going to explode. It's so uncomfortable! I am hungry so I want to eat, but I just feel so sick that sometimes I don't have dinner and then have a small snack later on, like some cereal. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know a cure for this?

Wednesday, 9 Jul haha, hey jo, I just read this post. So, i'm experiencing the exact same thing. I'll eat a light breakfast, good size lunch..no bloating yet..By the time I get home from work around 6, I'm hungry again, but not too hungry. I usually have a lean cuisine, and thats all I can handle at that point. I'm still hungry, but like you, my tummy feels like it's full of water or something. It is very uncomfortable I agree. I'm a little worried that your stomach is so bloated that it HURTS, I would ask your OB about that (it might be b/c you are thin to begin with, so your stomach is expanding more than your use to). Anyways, the only thing that helps me relieve the bloating is sitting slouched on the couch (laying makes it worse for me). And although it sounds silly, rub your tummy, or have the hubby rub it. It really helps me. I think we are just retaining lots of water these days. Good luck : )
