29-8-2008 - Joshua Update - 11 weeks

My mood while writing this blog:
ok

Well its been almost 2 months since I last updated, I've just been so busy god knows what I did before Joshua was born. Joshua is now 11 weeks old and now weighs 13lb 14oz. He came back off his 1st holiday 2 weeks ago and he was so gd. He loves music, if ever hes agitated and grizzly as soon as i put music on he seems to settle. i did used to listen to alot of music while i was pregnant with him. He sleeps through most nights now, the only trouble i have is actually gettin him to sleep. once he's asleep though he normally sleeps about 8-9 hours through the night. His personality has come out loads now, he's cheeky and also knows exactly what he wants n how to get it haha. He laughs so much and gurgles and smiles. Hes also found his volume and shouts if you dont give him enough attention. makes me giggle so much when he does that. I've started back to the gym and swimming again to get me fit and lose my baby weight and i'm also starting back @ college in november going back to complete my hairdressing course i started when i left school but never completed. I really can't wait. i just have to arrange childcare for joshua. i can't really do that though untill i have enrolled in september and got my timetable. It shouldnt be too hard though, i will only be going college 3 days a week, my mum can have him on days when she's not working and so can my dad n andy's family so will only be a few times i should need to put him in a creche. i think it will do him good though to interact with other babies and children. He loves people i think thats because me and Andy have quite big families. I took joshua for his 1st lot of injections last week. i felt awful. one min he was happy smiling the next he was crying his eyes out. After a quick cuddle though he was fine again smiling at everyone and it didnt seem t bother him that much. He's quite a tough little baby really bless him. I will try and update more often but i just dnt seem to get really much time to haha. Any way have to go now back to mummy duties :D
