Finally we've been offered a house about 9 months of waiting!!! We have been offered a brand new just built house in bramcote village which is just around the corner from andy's mum n dads house. its 3 bedroomed so if we do have another baby we wont have to move house n its just beautiful. we could have the keys in as little as 2 weeks, really cannot wait to move now yay!!!!!

So, instead of you finding a house & making an offer to purchase it, someone offered it to you? Is this common in your country? I know how things can be very different in the UK from the US
