So at my last midwife appointment on Thursday she said she was 99% sure I was going to deliver this baby over the weekend. Well, I'm still here and still pregnant! I'm happy that the baby will have that much more time to grow and develop but frustrated that the weekend came and went and no baby. I got my hopes up (which I shouldn't have) and now I'm dissapointed. Oh well, I'll make sure to keep you all posted!!!

The last lap is truly the hardest! But little Jacobi is not going to be in there forever.. Get PLENTY of rest,take some warm baths and prepare yourself.. Because in no time at all you will be holding your littl boy!

It's good your still pregnant as the longer you are the more chance you have of going home with your baby and not having to leave bubs in the hospital. I can understand the disappointment though but its a good thing for all of you. You might even get some more sleep in before the big arrival ha ha ha

I will let you in on a secret :) My sister walsed around dilated to 4 for 6 weeks before she delivered her baby. The doctors kept telling her every week that she wouldn't make it to the next one. Take that whole early delivery threat with a grain of salt. That baby will come when it's ready..lol The doctors can guess, but they know jsut as well as we do when it will be time. Good luck!
