23-5-2008 - FIRST BLOG-10 Month update

My mood while writing this blog: Happy

Okay..Decided to start blogging :)...Why not?

Nicholas will be 10 months old on Monday (Memorial Day). I simply can't figure out where the time went. While I was pregnant with him the time seemed to drag on endlessly and now I cant find enough time to be with him! Being a new mom, again, at my age with so many years between children has been the most incredible journey! I was so afraid of what was in store for me, but Let me tell you, this little man has forever changed the dynamic of my family....in a positive way.

Nicholas is VERY happy. He learns fast and remembers things like no baby I have ever seen! He is a BIG boy, weighing 24# 6oz and 31 inches long at his check up 2 weeks ago. He walks a little unsteady still, but he's been walking for a month. He likes to talk to his daddy on the phone when daddy is on his way home from work. He loves his big brothers and his puppies more than I think we even know. Bathtime is the highlight of his day and by the time I take him out of the tub, I am nearly as wet as he is..lol He says the normal baby words; mama, dada, baba, pa pa (don't know if that is puppy or grandpa or maybe even PaPa because we call Dan that as well as Daddy) He LOVES his solid foods. He tries to chew the best he can but he has apretty little mouth yet. He does have 7 teeth but they are all in front. Okay, so if there is something I missed, send me a response.
