Hi everyone. Just thought I'd let you know about this.

I have this playpen. It is going to be a huge inconvenience to get my money back and a financial burden on me until I do, but I have to do what I have to do for Nicholas's safety! They are making you cut out the mesh sides of the pen and mail it in to them and THEN you get your money back. I have to go out and buy a new one for him this weekend because my mom uses this for him while doing my daycare. I haven't had a problem with it, but don't want to risk it either. What a bummer. I LOVE this playpen
