30-4-2009 - How soon did u know ur baby's Gender.

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Please leave ur comment how many weeks were u all when u knew ur babies gender?? and what was it or what is it?? i knew with my first at 19 weeks Twin A was a Girl and Twin B was a Boy.

and i have alot of friends who knew early as 12 to 13 weeks but the doctor couldnt see anything at 12 weeks..

am thinking to go again at 14 or 16 weeks ??

My first one i was 14 weeks my 2nd was 18 weeks and now baby A is a girl and Baby B is a boy

I didn't find out until I was 22 weeks! With this one we should find out by 20 weeks.

I found out with my son at 17wks and my daughter at 21 wks but she wouldn't cooperate so I didn'y really know until the day she was born!

I was in week 16........we knew for sure the boy was a boy, just assumed the girl was a girl because she didnt have a prominent penis like the other.

It's best to wait as close to 20 weeks as possible, 10-13 weeks the sex organs are developing. I found out with DS at 21 weeks and I'm hoping to schedule my anatomy ultrasound with this pregnancy at 19 weeks.

well they usually say you need to be 18 + weeks to know but with this one we got lucky and found out at 16 weeks

I found out with all my pregnancy at 12 weeks. Everytime the dr. was right. This time around the ultrasound tech could not guess around 12 weeks. I had another ultrasound done at 15 weeks and it is a girl. Boys love to show themselves girls like to hide. I had another ultrasound done at 19 weeks and for sure it is a girl. It all depends on the ultrasound machine if it is a really good one and the tech has been doing it for years can guess early :) Hope this helps.

I never found out until 19 weeks, but that was when the u/s was scheduled for. The tech mentioned that sometimes they can mistake a little boy for a little girl if you go too early, because the boy bits may still be 'internal' and don't...um... 'stick out' on the u/s before 16 weeks. I'd go with 16 weeks to be sure. Hope he/she cooperates! (I still say boy ;)

I knew my little boy was coming at 19 weeks. But I was not convinced (although the tech and my husband were) until my 3-D ultrasound at 28 weeks! There is no question now ;o)

I found out at 15 weeks 5 days. The pic is obvious but now I'm second guessing because it was so early. :)

Well it says that you can find out as early as 14 wks but i didnt find out my daughters gender until I was 20 wks
