Sounds like a yeast infection to me, very common after a treatment of antibiotics. You probably had a bacterial infection down there and got a antibiotics in the form of cream. If you never had this before, Vagisil sells a yeast infection kit which helps you detect if you have a yeast infection after all, but my suggestion is for you to see your doctor and get this confirmed. He/she will prescribe to you a treatment (usually 7 day) of metronidazole, which is for yeast infections. The discharge is creamy/clumpy, usually whitish and smells like yeast (dough).

Hey Ladies,
few weeks ago i had an infection and the doctor gave me a course of vaginal cream and it worked and no longer weird discharge and odor..
now after finishing that course it got itchy and asked my doctor to use a cream and said its fine..
but today i relized am having lots of sticky discharge and i got so worried and am having lower abdominal pains the whole day but maybe becoz the uterus is stretching.. so am not sure what was the sticky white discharge and LOTS of it ?? (it was like pieces of Gum)
