iVE BEEN HAVIN CONTRACTiONS SiNCE YESTERDAY AND THEY HAVE BEEN 6 MiNUTES APART BUT THEY ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO BE TRUE LABOR CONTRACTiONS... i HONESTLY DNT KNOW iF i SHOULD GO TO THE OB OR WHAT... i HAVE AN APPOiNTMENT 2MRW AT 12 AND i WAS GOiN TO WAiT UNTiL THEN 2 SAY SOMETHiN ABOUT THEM... WHAT DO U THiNK i SHOULD DO? PLEASE HELP ME....

My dr told me to follow the 5-1-1 rule, contractions 5 minutes apart that lasts about 45 sec to 1 minute long, for an hour before I call dr and go in hospital.

ive heard more than 6 true contractions in an hour to let ur dr know...but if u can stand them and ur not in intense pain and ur water HAS NOT broken then theres no harm in waiting it out at home..good luck!
