6/21/2008 (4weeks)

I just got a BFP!!!!!

6/28/2008 (5 weeks)

I scheduled a docs appt. with my family phys. and he just did a piss test! I really thought he'd do a blood test. I didn't have ins. that covered pregnancy, but thankfully my husband has group ins. and I got added to that. I go to tour the birthing center on 7/2/08, and then I have my first appt. on 7/7/08!! I really hope they do an ultrasound and I get to hear the heartbeat!! I am stoked. I am really moody lately and have no patience. I went out to eat with my family and they thought it would be really funny to poke fun at me over this for over an hour!! How was that not supposed to make me even more angry!?!?!?! I'm glad they all think it is so damn fun to make fun of me. Anyway, so far I have only lost weight so yipee for that! I lost 4 lbs the week before I found out I was pregnant and another one this past week! Well, we'll see how it goes from this pt. out.

07-22-08 (9 weeks)

So, today I had my first u/s!! Baby is in the right place and the hb is 167. The u/s tech said it's measuring a little small for 9 weeks though. I'm not changing any due date or anything until after the next one though. If it's still measuring small then I guess I will have to bump myself back a week for sure. I just really don't want to repeat a week though! Ugh. Who wants to do that? M/s has kicked in full swing now. I started feeling a little nausea early and if that tech is right basically I would have been feeling sick before I was really knocked up! I am always tired. Moodiness has subsided quite a bit though!

Okay, I'll change my due date, but it sucks! So really I am still in 8 wks now and will be in 9 wks on Mon. 7-28. Ugh; time was already going slow enough. The wee one was only 1.49 cm at the visit though so I guess I have to be realistic.

08-19-08 (13 weeks)

Woo Hoo!!! In my 2nd trimester! I didn't have to change my due date after all so that was really exciting!!! M/S was doing better, but is now really bad every morning until about 10am. That is not fun! Bbs are not so sensitive, but still a little bit. I cry pretty easily, but still the moodiness as far as just being mean has not come back. Still very tired. I just always feel so exhausted. I've gained either 4 or 8 lbs.; however you want to look at it. 4 from pre-pregnancy weight, but 8 since the 4 wk weight. I stopped running because it hurts my left nipple way too bad. I move into my new house next week, but first the whole thing has to be painted! I haven't seen my MIL (well one of them) in like 9 wks which is just awful!! I need to go see her. It's just when I work all day I do not want to go talk about nothing forever after work. I should go on the weekends but I just look so forward to sleeping and staying in my pjs! I am constantly anxious about the little one. I just keep telling myself since I am still having symtoms everything is okay. I can't sleep on my tummy anymore; it just feels like too much pressure. I am not really showing at all yet. I seem to think I am, especially at the end of the day, but I took a pic. to prove it to everyone and it didn't look any different from the morning pic. Oh well. It will come soon enough. My mom has started getting the baby stuff like every week. It's really cute, but it's also a lot more packing! I have my NT test on Thurs. and then my next appt. is on 9-4. The second week of sept. my SIL is going to try to figure out what it is. She is an u/s tech and said you can usually tell by wk 15 so she is going to sneak me in! Okay I have babbled enough.

10-07-2008 (20 weeks)

Okay, so it's been a really long time since I updated, so let's see. I got moved into my new home and it actually went really smoothly. As soon as we get the bedding we are going to start painting. We are going with Peter Rabbit theme, but the bedding is just general bunnies. Little Victoria currently is weighing in at 11oz! She has been killing me lately too with some awful round ligament pain. I feel light movement, but because I have an anterior placenta I don't feel strong movement yet. She's looking wonderful and everything is as it should be so far. I am getting bigger, but it's everywhere so I don't really look pregnant to strangers yet. I see a round tummy when I look down, but I just look like a chunker when I look in the mirror. She was really low, but has seemed to started moving up a little. She is currently head down and facing my back. I think that's everything for now. Oh, wait, I had to change docs and that was interesting. My ins. is changing in Jan. so it makes this a challenge.

12-10-2008 (29 weeks)

Wow, it's been awhile since I have updated. I am much larger than I was at 20 weeks that's for sure! We are almost done with the nursery. I'm really excited about that. My mom is giving me my crib and changing table for Christmas so by the end of the year everything in the nursery should be done except for the mural and a few odds and ends (like baskets for the changing table). I love it!! I am getting quite uncomfortable lately and I pee like crazy. I am pretty sure I am going to stop working out next week (at the gym). Not positive about that one; I may wait until until the beginning of year. I am going to put my gym membership on hold and I can only put it on hold for 90 days. I can longer with a doctor's not, but I'm trying to avoid that one. I have started my breathing and relaxation class which I actually think is a complete waste of time and money! If the instructor would have told me that if I have ever done yoga I wouldn't learn anything new that would have been great! My sister is currently 35 wks so we are going to be having a baby in the family soon! With the holidays and then my showers and maternity pics the rest of this month and then Jan. should go really quick! Those last 3-4 wks are going to creep by though. I mean there is Valentine's, but I am really hoping she makes her appearance then! My b-day is on St. Patrick's Day and my brother's is 4th of July so we need another holiday baby! I haven't done my glucose test yet, that's on Friday, and I'm hoping that turns out well. I am sooooooo tired and just want to sleep all the time!!! I'm starting to really stress about money because all mine is currently going towards Christmas and Doctor bills and after this month any extra cash will be funnelled straight into the savings acct. to help support us for the 2 months that I'm home with her! Okay, that was a lot of info!!

01-26-2009 (36 Weeks)

I have had a lot going on lately!! Wow! I had my two showers and got sooo much stuff. I had made a note "please no clothes under 9 months", but that was not paid attention to that is for sure! That's okay though. I am truly blessed with all the love and support so there is no room for complaints. I got a huge amount of things and there are only like 5 more things that I feel like I need and I will be done! Sooooo, excited!!!! Other than that I am getting laid of as of this coming Friday, and while I was very upset at first it is a blessing in disguise. It will be like paid maternity leave, which we do not have here in TN. My last doctor appt. was pretty exciting. I am 50% effaced and my doctor does not think that I will make it to my due date. I am very anxious to meet her!
