Write a new blog
Just wanted write a quick note to let you all know that we finally brought our Katie home Friday afternoon. She was scheduled to be released this morning, but the doctor called and told us that if we were ready to bring her home, he would be happy to release her early. Needless to say I am exhausted but our first night together was beautiful. I have never felt so amazing in my life. We are all settling in nicely and getting to know each other. It is kind of scary being responsible for her care all by myself but I know we are all going to be just fine. I just put her down for a nap after her feeding so I am going to take this opportunity to take one myself. Thank you all for your good wishes, I am keeping you all in my prayers and I wish you all the happiness that I have found.
