My mood while writing this blog: need to exercise |
I am really concerned, my weight gain has been crazy in the last couple of weeks I get on the scale and see that I have gain a pound a day thats becoming normal and I am not eating all crazy. I don't eat fast food at all and I tried to keep it balanced at home I have no sweets at all in the house and although I was craving hot dogs, I stopped eating them about three weeks ago when my weight started to really increase. The only thing that I could think of was drinking alot of milk so I cut that out and I even use the treadmill everyday. What in the world? I am trying not to get discouraged but it is really hard when everyday you have gained another pound, I have decided to write down everything I eat and my weight gain for my midwife to see on the 28th thats all I can think of. I really kind of scared that somethings not right.

Sunday, 13 Dec Unless your doctor tells you something about the weight gain do not worry about it, you need to keep healthy so the baby gets the nutrition, I am from all Italian family and we believe that if you crave something you must eat it!!! In moderation though, lol , so enjoy it isnt like every year and everyday you are pregnant:):) honeyspyder -
Saturday, 12 Dec Wow.. I dont think you should be so concerned with gaining weight in pregnancy! Enjoy your curves while they last.. You can count calories and workout when its all said and done. I do agree that its good to be mindful of the kinds of food you eat, just for your overall health though. The only thing I think would be a concern is if you have developed gestational diabetes. That can contribute to large babies and high birth weights. It almost always disappears once the baby is born.. so nothing to panic about. Remember that right now in your pregnancy you are accumulating a great deal of fluid for your baby, and your placenta is growing to support the baby. The weight gain is a good thing. Hang in there. Remember.. its good to stay active.. but dont overdo it! Gift-from-God -
Saturday, 12 Dec Are you sure your scale is accurate? I think I'd find a different scale! LOL Still, gaining weight has to be better than losing weight at this point, right? :)
