08-1-2010 - dealing with alot of s**t

So this is how my morning goes I wake up this morning at 6am to my very clean house or so I thought I am standing by the upstairs bathroom and I keep smelling this disgustung smell, I can't figure out what it is. I go about my business getting my daughter ready for school and as I walk past the stairwell I get another whiff of thar disgusting smell and then it hits me, my dog the one that I put in a crate each night with her own blanket had pooped all over herself and the crate. I tried to remain calm even though my entire house stunk I finished getting my daughter off to the bus and went to clean up the mess, it looked like my dog finger painted her crate, REALLY it was everywhere.So a roll of paper towels, bottle of cleaner and alot of tears later I no longer felt like my head was up a dogs butt, really HAVE YOU EVER HAD TO CLEAN OUT A CRATE? You have to basically climb inside to wipe it out. I tried spraying it out and that was a disaster it just sprays and splatters all over you, not to mention it was seventeen degrees outside. Then there was the blanket and the dog to wash. Anyway that was my morning I now have a clean house and it smells that way I just hope that I don't wake up to a sick dog in the morning:(

ewww yes cleaning the crate is disgusting!!!!i went from an inclosed one to one with barss n a slide out floor......now i no longer crate my pets
