13-12-2009 - 3 weeks post partum & sex

My mood while writing this blog:

I'm now 3 weeks post partum as of yesterday =) I know you are supposed to wait 6 weeks before you have sex again but I felt comfortable enough to last night. I don't plan on having any more kids anytime soon though.

i had sex after 3 weeks too! my god though id forgotten what it was like to lose my virginity but now i remember. my poor hubby is a bit scared now cos hes afraid he'll hurt me lol. funny how the human body changes so much from one thing! its brought a whole new feeling to the bedroom i rekon

i did 3 weeks after but i must admit looking back i should have waited a bit longer, because once you give in is when the pestering begins!! haha! i think we feel too pressured to give in because we think of the blokes 'feelings' first.

Lol, with my last child, we didn't have sex for 12 weeks afterwards! But he was a big boy and I had some "rug burn" in there....the thought of inserting anything in there just wasn't appealing. Good for you though! And I'm sure your hubby was happy!

Did you tear? I think that's what the 6 week wait is usually for. Giving time for any tears to heal. I'm not going to let my hubby know that it's possible 3 weeks after ;) I'm in no mood to do it now, so I doubt I will with sleepless nights!
