My mood while writing this blog: Tired Glad Its Friday

I am so glad it is Friday and that I will be getting off in less than an hour. It seems this 35th week has really hit me hard, as far as stamina. I am exhausted by the end of the work day and I am not even on my feet much. Ugh! I guess the baby's weight is really starting to add up and put pressure on the rest of my body.

Tonight I have a social dinner I need to go to, but I am already planning to leave by 9:30pm and I will coordinate my escape with my hubby on the way over. Tomorrow is my shower at 1:00pm and I want to get some sleep, get up early and by presents for the hostesses, clean up the house so I can have some of my closest friends over for a drink after the shower and show them my start on the nursery. Woo Hoo! Seems like a lot to do in the morning, but if I get up at the same time I do for work, I can make it happen. Just need to get hubby up with me and have him hit some of the spots that are harder for me to get to now, such as vacuuming the stairs, taking out the trash, and scrubbing the tub and kitchen floor.

I am excited about the shower and look forward to visiting with many people that I haven't seen in a while. Woo Hoo! It is a ladies only shower and attendees range in age from their 20's to their 70's, which always makes these get-togethers even more fun. People sharing stories, experiences which always results in tons of smiles and laughter. Gotta love it! I am so blessed to have so many great friends.

I hope each of you reading this has a great weekend, too! I will update you on the shower over the weekend or on Monday. My hope for all of us is that we get some rest this weekend, as our babies continue to grow stronger day by day. Take care.
