14-7-2008 - I Got ENGAGED this weekend!!

My mood while writing this blog: Over the Moon!

So, I officially had the best weekend of my entire life!!!! It all started with Michael and I goin to the RenFest in Sterling, New York.......If you live near the area or want a great vacation, its an awesome time! So we get to the campsite and he’s like ‘hey wanna take a walk along the lake?’ I said sure thinking we can pick up drift wood for the fire later...well we are walking along and I was slightly in front of him and he says, ‘hey I wanna feel the baby kick’ so I said ‘well he’s not really kicking right now but you can try, give me your hand....’ and I turn to get his hand and he’s standing there with the most BEAUTIFUL ring I have ever seen! and he says ‘will you marry me?’

Now I have played out this moment in my head for a long time, I would smile and blush and so of course I do! but instead what I did was stutter over myself and say ‘are you serious? are you seriously serious??" to which he laughed and said ‘yea I am pretty sure im serious I did get the ring!’ lol and of course I couldnt get it on my finger fast enough and then said YES over and over and over again...... and that is my awesome story, I still am in shock and cant get any work done cuz I keep staring at it lol
