So i went to the Docs this past friday and lost 4 whole pounds! Whoo Hoo~ all those veggies and no cookies are working lol I have also noticed since tryin to eat more healthy that heartburn isnt as bad as it used to be......so that's a good sign too.... just gotta keep on goin and will check back with everyone in another couple of weeks.....hope everyone is doing well
