19-11-2009 - 10w3d (Update)

My mood while writing this blog:
F***ing P*ssed Off

OMG, I hated work today! I hate when the other girls I work with expect me to do a million things at once while they slack off and do nothing. Ok, vent over.

So I'm 10w3d today, and physically I feel great. I made an appointment for December 1st, but they will call me on the 24th of this month if there are any cancellations that day. So I will be able to make my u/s appointments soon, and I'm excited about that.

And I'm pretty sure my body was just doing weird things to me last night, but there's a very slight chance I may not have been imagining it. I know the chances are extremely low when it comes to feeling fetal movement this early into pregnancy, but it's not impossible, right? It felt like a little tickle inside my body, just above my pubic region, which is about where the baby/uterus is right now, if I'm not mistaken. It went on for about 5 minutes, although not continuous, it was very faint and caught my attention very quickly as I was laying in bed thinking about New Moon, since I saw it last night (OMG IT'S SO AMAZING!!!). I'm 98% sure it wasn't fetal movements, just it was something I've never felt before in the area that seems perfect for it. Any opinions on that would be great.

So I don't think I will update again until next week on Tuesday, when I will be 11 weeks, and possibly have seen the doctor (fingers crossed someone cancels their appointment and I can get seen). I have my friends wedding tomorrow and then I'm going to see Nickelback, so I am up for an eventful day tomorrow.

I know you're not supposed to feel it this early, but if you watch videos, they are moving all around at this stage, so maybe you did feel it.

I actually didn't start to feel the baby until like 18 weeks and then it only felt like butterflies fluttering around inside. really light but th real kisks I started to feel at 22 weeks. Now at 25 weeks, I feel my son all the time! You'll love it and you'll know when you feel the baby!

I remember when I was in my 1st trimester I would feel some wierd things that caught my attention to. When I asked the Dr. She said that my body was building like a nest inside getting ready to make the baby a place to grow. I know sounded wierd to me too but I guess it makes sence =)

I doubt it was fetal movement. By my ultrasound at 11 weeks, my little one was moving like crazy but I couldn't feel a thing. I felt my first movements at 17 weeks.Good luck with your ultrasound! Does your family know yet?

I would say no not fetal movement & if it then girl ur in for a very active baby in ur tummy lol. Its hard to reeeaally know at first unless uve already experienced wat it feels like. U donnt have any m/s or anything? That's great ur so active rather than jus stay home. Hope the wedding goes great; & I hope someone cancels their appt for u! Xoxo

Could have been fetal movement, but it's pretty unlikely. I felt my first movements around 13 weeks, but it actually felt like bubbles popping, not even a tickle, so I was confused as to whether or not it was gas or not. Could be though, who knows. Everyone's different.
