♥ Anything you loved before that you absolutely cannot eat anymore? Yeah, I'm fussy with what chicken I eat, and some things don't taste as good, but they'll do when there's nothing else to eat.
So everyone who has read about my news on Facebook, or been told about it has been super excited for me; my sister bought flowers for me, my best friend (who'll be turning 21 the day before bub is due) wants the baby to come on her birthday, and my dad wants to take us (himself, mum, Michael and myself) out to dinner to celebrate. I can't believe how much more excited and supportive everyone is this time around; maybe being 19 instead of 17, and the fact that I can appreciate it all a lot more after a loss is making all the difference. Regardless of why everyone is so positive about this, I am thankful for it all; it means so much to me.
We are going to be discussing on Sunday whether Michael and I are going to get married this coming February or the one after, as we need to get the backyard sorted out (paving and a retaining wall need to be done) for the engagement party, and possibly reception, should we decide to get married this coming February. I have decided that if we get married this Feb, my dress will be quite simple, but I'm going to wear either a pink or blue ribbon just under my boobs tied in a big bow with it hanging most of the dress length down the back; the colour obviously corresponding to whether we're having a girl (fingers crossed) or a boy (or yellow if baby doesn't cooperate).
I have been in such a great mood since the u/s; it almost feels like nothing could bring me down right now, and I'm loving it. I think this is enough of an update now. Take care everyone.
What do you think - boy or girl? Find out on the 15th....
