18-2-2010 - 24 weeks <3

Hello ladies! How are you all? Hope you are all well. Week 24 now, time is just flying by!

There has been a lot of growth this past week, I didn't realise just how much growth until I took my weekly belly pic - I was shocked at the growth! But that just means little miss is growing super well, and that's all that matters. She's been very active lately - I was watching her move for a good 20 minutes straight yesterday, every time she stopped for a short time I poked her to get her movng again; I love watching my belly move with her kicks and rolls. Michael saw my belly move last night and was like 'that was really weird', and he now finds my boobs weird because they're getting harder - and I'm starting to leak! Mostly from my left side, is that normal to leak more from one side than the other? It's nothing bad, I just notice some leakage stains in my bra some days, but it's not bad - yet! I had a comment on my 24 week belly pic on Facebook already, saying I've defiantely popped, what do you all think?

I think my friend was right in saying that I've popped - it's pretty noticable I think.

My upper back has started hurting - I'm 99% sure it's because of how much my boobs are growing. I had large breasts before, and they're already balloooned something crazy, and I think it's starting to take it's toll on my back. If my back is aching this much now, how am I gonna handle the pain once my milk comes in? I'm not looking forward to that as of right now - I'm gonna have to find some good pain killers that I can take whilst breastfeeding I think.

So I have 16 weeks til my due date, and 15 weeks and 1 day until my 20th birthday - I love how close the two dates are, she's going to be the best birthday present I could ask for. I have 10 days until Michael and I attend the Soundwave Festival - a whole day of hard rock/metal/alternative bands playing on 5 different stages. I will have at least 2 friends with me as well, and between them, Michael and myself we will be making sure I stay safe all day - I'll only be on my feet and out in the sun while watching the bands we're going to see, and I'll be sitting in the shade the rest of the time. I absolutely cannot wait! I've been looking forward to it ever since I read the lineup back in August/September - before I got pregnant - and once I got my ticket and read the second announcement and discovered Placebo will be there, I just about hit the roof I was that excited! It will be a great day - I'm planning to get a few things signed by some bands while I'm there. Some of the bands going are Placebo, Paramore, AFI, Trivium, Faith No More, Escape the Fate and HIM. Some of you will know some/all of those bands, others of you won't, but I thought I'd list some anyway.
