19-5-2008 - 18 week doctor's appointment

Well, unfortunately, Baby K was not cooperating and we were unable to find out the sex of the baby. No worries - I think he/she is waiting to give mommy her birthday present in June as we do the 3D ultrasound on June 17th. I can wait until then!

Doctor's report was very good - Baby K weighs a whole 236 grams now - the weight of 2 chocolates!! Thankfully it appears by measurements, Baby K will also take his/her height genes from mommy's side of the family!! Grandpa G is a tall man measuring in at 6 feet tall. Grandpa K is not such a tall man measuring in at only 5' 5". We both hope that Baby K is taking after the Greenan's!!!

Only 10 more weeks of work for me - cannot wait to be honest! My Agency is closing at the end of the year and as time goes on - the mood is very bad at the office. I'm so glad I will be gone and not be here to witness the shennanigans of immature co-workers. What they don't realize is - we have had TWO years to know that we are closing at the end of this year. Who the heck gives that kind of notice??? Where I come from, you can go home one day and find out the next morning the office has shut down!!! But 2 years notice?? And they STILL complain??? GROW UP is all I have to say!!!
