| 04-7-2008 - FINALLY!! |  My mood while writing this blog:Happy |
I have been anxiously awaiting the day and it finally happened last night!! My hubby felt our little one kick!! I'm 24 weeks and 5 days and was starting to get anxious that he wasn't able to feel her yet.
Last night he came home and started rubbing my tummy and talking to her, as he does every night, and she started to move crazy. She has been doing this lately when she hears her daddy talking to her. So I took his hand and pressed it against my tummy where I felt her moving and then....it happened!! He looked at me all surprised - "what was that?" he asked!! I said "that is your daughter saying hi daddy!"!!! He was so emotional - got a little teary eyed and wouldn't move his hand for a while. He was so happy to have finally felt her - I know he's been anxious as well!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!! Greece is in for an extreme heat wave starting this Sunday with temps well over 100 degrees - might be a good reason to take a sick day from work!!!

ahhh thats great that he has felt her move. my partner felt our lil boy move about 3 weeks ago, just a tiny kick though. he doesnt have the patience to sit with his hand on my belly for long though so he hasn't felt the real big kicks yet :( il hopefully get him to soon though as the feeling is amazing isn't it! x
