So Hubby and I were talking and we are probably going to buy a house!!! Since the market is so good for buyers not sellers we are hoping to get a house to fix up and maybe sell in a few years when the market is better and then have a house built. I am so excited I hope everything works out. We have been renting a house for the past 3 years and even though we love the house and wish we could own it our landlord wont sell(which I don't blame him) Anyways I had to pass the good news to you guys since your like family :) Good luck everyone :) *baby dust*

woo hoo! If you were in Canada, I'd be able to get you an awesome fixed rate on your mortgage! :) I'm getting into the mortgage brokerage business here - despite the housing crisis, still lots of buying going on! Good luck. I was pregnant with my son two months after we bought our house, lol :)
