20-5-2009 - Got my 1st AF....really need everyone's help PLEASE??? worried....unsureMy mood while writing this blog:

Okayy so i just started my AF like on Saturday(after babydancing haha) well it was really light for the first few days well now today it started getting heavy and i'm cramping bad which i'm sure is normal but the thing i think is unnormal is TMI but when i went to change my tampon i noticed something else fell out so i got up and looked in the toliet and pulled it out it was a small chunk of meat looking thing ughh i know wayyy to TMI but i was wondering if anyone else has ever had this after giving birth i'm not too worried i feel normal but i'm still gonna call my gyno. in the morning and talk to one of the nurses and see what she says i really hope i'm okay....i'm scheduled to go in next tuesday and get my IUD mirena put in so i also hope i stop bleeding by then....can ANYONE pleassse help me thank you ladies you are all lifesavers:)

my first pp period was heavy-crampy-lots of blood clots, (which is probably what you pulled out of the toleit)and i bleed thru a tampon, a maxi pad, and even my undies-yah-she was a heavy one!

yes i have had that. I actually lost a blood clot the size of a baseball. Thought i lost my liver but it was really a blood chunk. Not saying its normal cuz my doc was quite concerned but i healed up with no treatment. Just be sure to take it easy for a week or so. If thats possible. ha
