31-7-2010 - help pleaz week 28 problems

My mood while writing this blog:
tired but she doesnt care

okay so im still awaiting the hubs suprise of a foot rub/back rub etc etc..he express his concern about my concern and said its just stress on his part and he understand how much i need him right now..so as far as everything goes, he scheduled us a 3D/4D ultrasoud appt..so im excited..other than that i have been having really bad back pain. I have the whole big ass (sorry for the language ladies) pregnancy pillow...and i dont know if its me...maybe im not sleeping right with it..or it a piece of crap. I mean i had the thing since i was 4 months and its been great...Now...my back hurts like heck...any sleeping suggestions? Also i was having bad headaches and i think its my cravings, it has to be super sweet,salty or spicy i hate sour...so ive been tryna change that. what do you guys think? Also, BH i think. what d they feel like? my tummy tightens up and then relaxes but thats been happening my whole pregnancy and not to mention after sex...so i cant tell the difference..or is it all the same?

I sleep with a pillow between my legs when I'm on my side and I sleep and an incline with I'm on my back (so I can breathe). I pile up about 2 or 3 pillows....works when I'm on my side sometimes too (I'm sure if anyone seen me they'd think I look crazy) lol

BH's yep sounds like you're experiencing those, they happen half the time without us noticing then other times we do, especially after sex. Pregnancy pillow I am the same way at this point (about 35 weeks now) I can't get comfortable and haven't been able to for a while to save my life, so I use smaller pillows. Babies r us carries a small wedge pillow that goes under your belly to help support it then I use a small pillow between my legs a normal one to run the length of my arms and then the pillow for my head (well 2 of those to help with heartburn.) Not going to say I get peaceful full night sleeps but sometimes I can get a few hours of zzz's. Make sure to lay on your left side as much as possible, it helps blood flow/ blood pressure for yourself, plus makes it easier for umbilical cord to pump to the baby, and also helps baby turn to the side he/she needs to for birth.

i had a problem with sleeping discomfort with my first. i don't think its a matter of you not sleeping right but simply a matter of getting larger and uncomfortable. towards the end of my pregnancy with daughter no matter where i slept, it felt like i was sleeping on a cinderblock!! this one is twice as bad...i've given up on a decent night sleep...
