Well, we had another great visit with the OBGYN yesterday... all's well with the 20 week ultrasound, my placenta is posterior (which means no chance for placenta previa like with my first - yippee!), and Boo's heartbeat was 140 and STRONG, hehe.
Since this is my third pregnancy after two c-sections, I've decided to have another c/s as my doc has advised. My hubby thought to ask if it was too soon to schedule the date, and to our surprise the doc said not at all! So, as it stands right now, we are scheduled to meet Boo on August 2nd.
It's so exciting to have a concrete day to look forward to, yet at the same time, I have a feeling that I won't make it until then. That's only six days before my due date, and I've been early with the last two: six days early with my son, and two weeks early with my daughter. Oh well - I don't mind going into labour before the fact - I did with the other two. It adds more excitement to the experience that way - without the horrible pain of actually pushing out the baby.
So strange to be over half way already - sad, too, since this will be our final baby. Every moment feels that much more precious as a result.
