09-9-2009 - Tomorrow is "B-Day" !

My mood while writing this blog: VERY nervous !

tomorrow is officially the end of my pregnant days. . . as far as this baby goes anyway. lol. official d-day. well, b-day. bags are packed, washing up the very last of what i have to take with me (like my coming home outfit). . . probably consist of my maternity pants just in case im still "fat".

the grandmothers have both called today wondering the EARLIEST possible time they can show up to see me & the baby. they are EXTREMELY eager. but in all reality id love just to have a few hours to recooperate & feel better before my room floods with visitors.

had last ultrasound tuesday. she's measuring 6lbs 5oz (which is how much my oldest daughter weighed when she was born) so that's pretty close to a weight i was expecting. also did my paperwork tuesday. i was supposed to go back to the doc on wednesday to do it, but since i was there, she figured she'd save me a gas trip (which i appreciated). so they gave me what i needed to take to the hospital. went to the hospital today to have blood taken. they gave me a red bracelet that im "not allowed" to take off til after i have the baby. kinda weird, but ok.

so now we just go in tomorrow, get "officially registered" then we get prepped for surgery & let the good times roll. im so nervous. ew, surgery ! ive been looking at my big round tummy all day. i will truely miss it when its gone. ill miss the kicks, punches & little waves she creates.
