My mood while writing this blog: disappointed

Ok it is one of the "I am so sick of being pregnant" days. I am 21 years old.Most of my close friends do not have children.I swear sometimes I feel like I am a plague to them b/c I can't do the things they do (Magarita Monday's.. etc).I went and got a new swimsuit yesterday hoping to atleast be able to go to the pool with them and be somewhat normal.Well now it's like everyone decides to do something else that I can't do like 4 wheeling/waverunners.I begged My boyfriend to go with me but he'd rather stay home and mess around on the computer looking at car stuff.It's like the only time people want to do anything with me it is going out to eat.Which makes me feel even more like a cow b/c they only associate me with food b/c they know I am always hungry.I know I will probably get a million comments about how I should be happy to have this experience and everything.I am happy.I am just ready for these next 14 weeks to fly by so my son can be here.Then I can share my time with him.It's my first pregnancy so this is all new to me.I just get soooo tired of staying home.It's like all I do is clean,watch tv,read and mess around on the computer.Hormones aren't making things any easier.Sorry to rant and rave I just needed to get that off my chest.

Sorry you are experiencing that. Sounds like you and your friends are just in different places in your lives right now. It's pretty common. You might find after the baby comes if you join a mommy group it will help a lot. You'll be able to make new friends with similar interests.

It's always hard when our friends aren't on the same "page" as we are. I've experienced that as well. What's really hard is when you have good friends and they get divorced and all the time you spent with them was as couples, you know? That really puts a damper on things.

trust me i know how you feel.... i had my first baby in high school and lets just say i didnt have any friends after that... this is just the beginning... i bet none of them have kids either... well maybe you should start looking for friends that have kids too.. it makes things a whole lot easier... im not tryin to be more negitive i wish you the best of luck and when ur baby comes you'll be so occupied with ur boundle of joy you wont even notice... i hope things get better for you...
