Has anyone had one while they're pregnant and how long did it take to go? Ive been let home after spending two nights in hospital..but i still have it. im on anti biotics and im so worried my baby will be affected. ive also heard it can be dangerous in pregnancy, and cause blood poisening =( im scared.. x

I am 24 wks preg with twins, The doc has found protein in my urine sample 3 times in this preg so far and said it was a UTI / kidney infection. As soon as I heard that each time, I immediately started drinking lots and lots of cranberry juice every day and it cleared it up without having to take antibiotics at all. Each time, I had a urine sample checked about a wk later and it was cleared up by then. If you feel any symptons of a kidney infection comin on, I suggest drinking lots of cranberry juice for a few days, well it works for me anyway!!! Good luck
