Hi Everyone~
Have you ever woke up early in the morning (during this pregnancy) and got a bad feeling that something is wrong with the baby? This morning was like that. My son was moving a lot last night, like usual.. and usually wakes me up in the morning with all his activity. This morning, I woke up not feeling any movement... Thought to myself "that's weird". Got up, made breakfast, ate, fed my other kids.... got online... and noticed, "Hey, he hasn't kicked the crap outta me yet for eating those yummy blueberry pancakes". Still went about my day. Had Lunch, Dinner... still not feeling much from little man. So now that I had worked myself into a frenzy, I get online and search "decreased fetal movement". Bad idea. Horror stories about the cord being wrapped around the baby's neck, and getting to the hospital too late.. etc. So I guzzle TWO orange cream sodas. (which weren't bad by the way) :-) Waited a few, and still nothing. At this point, it was like 11:00pm. I call my Doctor's office, and leave a message with the answering service. Doc calls me back, and tells me to get my butt in the hospital so I can get on the monitors... Now I'm pulling out hair...LOL (i can laugh now...) I get there, and they do an Ultrasound.. He is head down, and making breathing motions... heart beating like a drum, cord no where near his little neck. And he starts kicking the CraP outta me!!! Boy did he make me out to be a LIAR!! LOL. I was there maybe a half an hour. I felt so bad waking up the Doctor... They all made me feel better by saying, "hey, we make the big bucks to get calls all hours of the night" If you feel worried tomorrow, by all means come back in. Never feel like you can't call or come in. This is your baby we're talking about. That is in part why I tell you my story... Although everything was ok in my instance... if you feel like something is wrong or uncharacteristic for your baby, go in. That is why there are doctors at the hospital at 1 in the morning. :-) And also why I am up writing this at 1:20 in the morning... At least I will be able to sleep tonight.. or today.. whichever comes first.. LOL. Good night ladies :-)

SAME exact thing happened to me!!!! It was almost 24 hours since I felt him give me a kick so I went in and immediately he started kicking me like crazy when they hooked me up!!! Oh well, at least everything went well for both of us!

I'm glad all is well. Better to be safe than sorry, but I know what you mean. You look so cute in your picture.Everyone says "look how cute you are" I just feel fat! LOL
