| 22-3-2009 - I'm so tired right now | My mood while writing this blog:A little sleepy |
Hey girls, I really just wanted to write in and let you all know that I'm doing great, and I'm sorry that I haven't been replying to anyone of late. Sometimes it just feels like it takes too much energy to write a reply, so I just check on you all to make sure everythings going okay, then log off.
I'm over the moon that I've reached week ten, but I've also gotten myself into a horrible routine that includes too much sleep, so I'm constantly tired. Now that I'm nearing the end of the first trimester, I'm going to try and turn that all around. My girlfriend and I are starting a bit of a low impact exercise regime, which will hopefully give me a little more energy, help to prepare my body for labour, and keep me away from those afternoon naps I've become so dependent on.
I'm a bit more worried about the delivery this time around than I was the first time (and I'm sorry if this is TMI), but because I had to get a couple of internal stitches after I had Lucas, it took months to heal, and ever since I've felt that I can feel the scar tissue more than i should be able to. I'm just really worried that it's going to make me more susceptible to tearing again, especially if this baby is a little bigger (Lucas was only 7 pounds). Anyway, hopefully the exercise will help to stretch everything and my body will be able to handle it ... hopefully!
