I am sick of swelling but noticed that something helps. I turn the water on the lowest (coldest) setting and then put my feet and legs in there. At first, all I can think about it getting them out and how cold it is... But then I thought, "And this is how she prepared for labor." I was using focal points and distractions and got through 20 minutes of submerged in ice water... I am insanely tired of water in my body. I also used a recliner and they were a "normal" looking swelling; I will post pics of the abnormal ones once I find my uploader (I never seem to). Anyway, it may work for you as well. Call me crazy.

I'm sorry you have to go through all that hun. Just think we are almost there. Hang tight. It's gonna be a crazy ride!! Delivery is the best part.

Swelling sucks, I'm starting to again this time...I have pics of my feet in my photobook from my first pregnancy..it felt like I was walking on balloons..Hope what your doing helps :)
