05-1-2010 - Jan 5th Doc Visit

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So after losing part of my plug around the 27th of Dec all hell broke loose. I have had on and off contractions since then but the owrse being in the past 4 days. I cant sleep because just lying down hurts sooo bad I wanna die. I get extremem heart burn if I try to roll over in bed and so I end up on my side most of the night which sucks too cause it goes numb and I end up with a kinked up arm the next morning. Sophie (my new puppy) likes to curl up beside me but she is really good at keeping me awake when she gets up. I kinda have looked at it as a early start to getting up every 2 hours with the baby lols.

I went in for my 37th week doc apt today. I was dreading it in a way cause well frankly I dont like people just digging up there if you know what I mean lols. Thank god he didnt use any divice outside of the coton swab :D Dry a$$ cotton swab hurt like hell! So of course and not that its a bad thing but I tested negative for the Strep B testing, YAY. Why am I so healthy hehe. After going over my week or more of hellish contractions etc and him looking at me like I am crazy he soon discovers that I am 4cm dialated already! I mean its not like I have been telling him I was going to pop early :P

He tells me I know what I am doing and to use my better judgement when I should admit myself to the hospital. I was advised tho to make sure everything is ready cause well frankly baby is coming sooner than later. The nurse who was in the room with me also made my next scheduled visit for next tuesday even tho her and I both dont think I will be needing it for the same reasons I normally go to them :D

My hubby is currently putting in Kaydens new booster seat and installing the babies into the car :D I am so ready to be done :D Cant wait!
