28-5-2009 - 38 weeks

My mood while writing this blog:
shitty

hey all!

Well im now 38.5 weeks and im 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced - tightning like there is no tomoro going on as well, wakes me up early in the morning and keeps me up til late at night. Yet no progress is being made. I feel fine, a bit annoyed that nothing is happening, also my sex drive has risen and yet my partner doesnt seem to give a rats arse. Im trying to bring on labor by walking and sex kinda hard to do when one of u wont have sex because ur too preocupied with something else... its giving me the shits!
I gave him sex whenever he wanted before i fell pregnant, even when i didnt want it, now when the tables turn, i dont get shit! what a great partnership that is. It feels like all i do is cook and clean yet i dont get any reward! Instead i get to be uncomfortable, in pain & tired if thats my reward its sucks!

Anyways moving along, im measuring 40 weeks so 2 weeks ahead, bubs is still engaged and moves like all hell, i feel pretty depressed and sore, im constantally getting BH, which is even more pain and cos she is measuring so big and im soo tiny she wont be dropping... YAY for me! Instead every time a BH comes along my ribs get pushed together and its the most searing pain.

So yeah bub is doing well, which is good, my partner is a dick and honeslty thinks that she will come on her due date, even though ive been contracting now since last thursday and all day monday and all day yesterday.. fun.. i think she will come a bit sooner.

Im finally starting to pack my bag, only to realize i need a bigger bag hehe. Bubs clothes are all washed now as well so thats another step closer. And all im doing today is cleaning cos the house has managed to get messy from tuesday/wednesday to friday and i dont have any other kids making it messy!

oh no chick ...poor you..i found i never used most of my stuff in my bag..i took way to much aye..they had pads, and nappies and anything else. i only wore underwear in my bed for the first lil while cause you leak on everything,,,then i only wore comfy shorts and a tshirt cause its that bloody hot in there and you cant wear pjs cause its to bloody hot to....
