Dear Marley,

I wish there was a way to express how it feels to be your mommy. As I write this you are floating arond in my belly, kicking, moving, gliding and getting ready to complete mommy and daddy’s life and journey together. My love for you knows no limits.....it is infinite. I never pictured myself being a mommy and now I can’t imagine it any other way.

You were conceived out of a very great love. Mommy and Daddy have waited a long time for your arrival. We planned every moment of our journey together and you are no exception. You were brought to us at a time when our love was strongest and now you make our love even stronger with each passing day.

When I think of you I can barely imagine that you will be here so soon and I will be able to hold you, teach you, read to you, play games with you. I can’t wait to see your Daddy hold you. He talks to you every day and kisses mama’s belly. You know your Daddy’s voice and you love it. Sometimes you run from him but he finds you and you make him laugh. You are so lucky to have your Daddy. He is an amazing, wonderful man. You will know one day how lucky you are to have him as your Daddy. He has made mommy a very happy woman and has given me a great love. He will be your biggest fan your whole life. He will love you, guide you, and protect you. One day you will break his heart when he gives you away to your husband.....just like I did your grandpa when I married your Daddy.

Although life is complicated and you will know oh too soon how the world can be ugly, as your mommy I will love you unconditionally and I will let you grow and discover yourself encouraging you all the way. I will never leave your side and I will never betray your trust. I am overwhelmed by you Marley. Your presence is so amazing. Your mommy loves you more than you can ever know or fathom.

You are wondeful gift. A blessing that is beyond compare. Mommy’s little girl......my first born daughter....my little star.
