Today we had our 36 week appointment and i couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!!! We started with our last sonogram to check on baby Elijahs growth, he's currently 8lbs 4oz... of pure sweetness!!!! I just LOVE him to pieces! We were pleased to find out that he was no longer breech and was head down, yay!!!!!!! We had the same tech as last time and she remembered that we had 2 failed attempts at a 3d sonogram due to the baby not cooperating. So she was a total sweetheart and gave us another session, for free! And he cooperated, finally! We got a couple really good pics! He looks so big and comfy. We saw that he has hair and even a couple of fat rolls on his back...awwwww ;). So after the sonogram we recieved the BEST news from the dr... shes gonna let me go vaginal (try at least ;)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are sooo excited, she scheduled me for an induction in 2 weeks=) The plan is to go to the hospital on the 17th @ 5pm to recieve cervadil and then early on the 18th they will start the pitocin! I'm sooo excited, thrilled, nervous, anxious! I really didn't think i was even going to get this opportunity bc of him being breech and being so big. She stated that he was right under the cut off so we are good to go. Dr also stated that i had alot of amniotic fluid which she believes to be caused by how big my son is. Either way, in 2 weeks my son will be here in my arms and i couldn't be happier. I know that there is still a chance of a c-section but i'm soo happy to be given the opportunity to TRY! I also had a internal exam, she stated i was still very high, thick and closed....i'm hoping i can bounce/walk/ect. myself to at least some kind of progess. Anyways, a big thanks to all the ladies who took the time to respond to all my questions/fears and who prayed for Elijah and myself, ya'll are angels!!!!!!!!!!

That is great news im so happy for u and congrats on the baby turning and being able to have the opp for a normal delivery.
