Awesome news...its so crazy I know exactly what everything meant that u were talking about both my babies were in the NICU well nothing but Miracles and Blessings for Avery!! and the whole family!!

I'm so glad that Avery is going better. Her numbers sound great and the fact shes being moved to a crib is a huge step. Sounds like she only needs to work on eating. They would raise Gianna's feeding by 3cc every three hours and within a day or two she was at 1oz. Do you plan to breast feed when she come home? Gianna transitioned to breast feeding quickly. To insure she getting enough I breastfeed her first then offer a bottle of breast milk. Yesterday she refused the bottle completely. I hope she can come home for Christmas.

Maddox had a fun birthday! A couple of my army spouse friends came and had cake with Jake, his mom, Maddox and I... We got him a cake and a little present, he ate a whole piece of cake, played, and took a nap... We got to spend a while with him which was nice bc I didn't see him at all yesterday...
Avery's Update:
- Bilirubin was 8 as of this morning, its been rechecked to make sure its still low but we haven't heard back yet.
- She is regulating her own temperature wonderfully.
- Her oxygen saturation is staying up where it needs to be, which is over 95.
- Her respiration is getting there, it needs to stay under 60 to try a nipple feed and it stays under about 90% of the time.
- She is currently getting 15cc every 3 hours of breastmilk and is tolerating them great.
- She has been matching her intake with output and has had great diapers regularly.
- She should go into a crib tonight and possibly a nipple feed tomorrow morning.
WE MAY GET TO HAVE HER HOME BY CHRISTMAS, if everything goes well.
