19-5-2009 - Week 5

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

Well, here we are at week 5... I had a blood test through the base here to get a referral for my OB appt next Weds. and it was odd to have someone call me and tell me that I was pregnant. I am still in a little bit of shock. I am excited for my appt next week just so I can hear someone else tell me I'm pregnant.. Its going to be hard to hide this one for much longer, but luckily we only have to hide it for a little more than 2 weeks, which is when my husband comes home! He'll be so shocked to see my bloated belly! When he left in Jan I was only 5 weeks PP so when I saw him at 4months PP and was 12lbs under my prepregnancy weight he was suprised... Now with only a couple of pounds gained my tummy is poking out pretty good... See...

I drove 4 1/2 hours to find the house we are going to live in when we move to Fort Riley, which we'll be moving anywhere from midJune to earlyJuly.. I'm hoping we get my husband's official report date soon so we can make a decision on when we are leaving. I really like it and hope that it all works out. I don't know why people think everyone has tons of money just saved away for all kinds of things in this economy so the lady wants the 1st months rent for that place but I am paying rent here and all our bills and it took a tank and a half of gas just to get there to see the house, can't you cut me some slack!? Geez... lol, but if its supposed to be it will, I have faith!

Well thats all I have to report for now I think... I'm so ready for my appt on the 27th! so we can get the initial ultrasound around June 8th with my husband HOME! & we can tell his family all the secrets I've been keeping!! Oh I am excited for the next couple of weeks!!
