08-7-2009 - Week 9, 10, 11 & 12

My mood while writing this blog: exhausted

Well Kiddos, I live in Kansas now...

as I am typing this I am sitting in my empty bed room with my laptop propped up on Maddox's bumbo with him having a bottle while rolling around next to me... My neighbor has so kindly but unknowingly let me "borrow" their internet and this is the one and only spot that it actually works.

The last blog I posted was after my ultrasound that kept me in week 8 for the 2nd week... and here I am in week 12... haven't seen the doctor since week 8, and wont see the doctor down here until week 14, so I haven't even heard this lil goober's heartbeat yet, though I've seen her(im) and seen the lil flutter.. Luckily I'm still feeling pregnant, no bleeding, no cramps so nothing to make me alarmed, just fatigued to the max and my back hurts from laying on an air mattress and my MIL's hard mattress.

We had the movers come get our stuff in Oklahoma June 26th, then we stayed with my MIL until the 29th, the 30th we made the 4 1/2 hour drive to Kansas and stayed in temporary housing that night and took our apartment on July 1st and slept on the air mattress until the 3rd when we drove the 4 1/2 hours back to Oklahoma and stayed until the 5th when we drive the 4 1/2 hours back up here and brought our dogs with us and for the last 3 days we've been back on the air mattress... so here I wait for the movers to bring my bed and Maddox's various things that make being his full time care taker much easier...

Maddox is quite the mover these days. He gets up on his hands and knees but then lays down and scoots but he's a darn good scooter and fast.. He will sometimes give up on the scooting and just turn and roll where ever he wants to.. We are super excited that he gets to sleep in his crib for the first time ever tonight (assuming our stuff gets here today) We couldn't put it up in our old place because we were so crammed in there it just didn't fit and he's way to big to be sleeping in the mini pack and play anymore...

Hmm.. I'm not sure what else to put in here this week...

I'm ready to have our stuff and feel like we live here, it will cut down on my husband's anxiety and my frustration. It will make life so much easier!!

I am ready to go to the doctor and hear this baby, get Maddox set up with his doctor and get things rolling around here!
