10-11-2009 - Doctors check up at 24+5 days preggo

My mood while writing this blog: Happy but hot

Well i had a check up yesterday, all is going well. Heard baby's heart rate (all normal), had bp done (all normal too).

Had my fundal height measured for the first time in this pregnancy, it was around 24cms but my doc thought that maybe he was a little small but she said she's not worried it could just have been the way he was laying. Also because Maison was only small too she's not bothered otherwise she said she would be sending me for more scans.

Feeling great lately, seem to have tons of energy, been waking up at 7-7.30 instead of like 9-9.30, which is good i think considering i work 4- midnight 8 day's a fortnight. Have put on about 7 kilo's so far which i think works out to be roughly 15 pounds. I put on 14 kilo's all up with Maison.

Go back to doctors in three week's for the glucose test then see her a week later for the results. Better start looking for a good book to read :)

We are having a heatwave here at the moment (earliest one ever recorded for this time of the year, we're still 3 week's away from summer :( ) so everyone is staying inside as much as possible. I'm glad for the ducted air con though.
