09-2-2010 - Another hospital appointment

My mood while writing this blog: worried but hopeful for an induction soon

Well today i went to see the ob again at the hospital. Bp was up again this time was 150/90 then the second time it settled a little to 140/75. She talked about inducing me because i am showing up with more signs of pre eclampsia eg high bp obviously is the big one but now i have tingling feet, i see stars every so often, i've put on 2 kilos in 2 weeks, (not sure what that is in pounds), headaches and some nausea :(

She doesn't want to induce me yet though because Maison came around this time and he wasn't ready yet so she want's to hold off a bit. She also didn't check me either just incase it started off labour. Baby is still at 4/5 same as last time but i'm not worried because with the second you sometimes don't totally engage until labour starts.

When she listened to his heart beat it was going real fast, she was going to send me for an ctg but he ended up calming down to a good rate.

She wants to see me again before my due date so i go back in on monday. Hopefully then she will give me an induction date then if he doesn't show his face before then.
