05-10-2009 - Better

My mood while writing this blog:

Well, it has been a few days since I was feeling bad. My family still hasn't come around but I know I will be ok. I am now 17 weeks and still craving a ton of fruit and french fries lol. My husband seems to be getting a grasp on his anger a little more as well. I am really excited to find out the sex of the baby. However since it will be coming out of my pocket it may be a while. I feel the baby move every now and then which gives me hope. My sister still thinks it is cancer but I am bound and determinded not to let what they say get to me. My oldest sister dropped a car seat, play pin and stroller off the other day. I seem to be findin myself with a little more energy. Still can't hold prenatal vitamins down but I am working on it. The only problem I am having, is that I seem to leak fluids out my breast. I can't seem to find a bra big enough that is comfy either. Not really sure what to do there. I guess I will figure it out. So Josh and I have set names now instead of maybe's. For sure if it is a girl it will be Olivia Nicole. And for sure for a boy, Jeremiah Daniel. Atleast I think we did. I just asked him he looked dumb founded lol. Well I am craving my husbands chili right now so I might just go get a bowl. Oh one more thing, Is eating cottage cheese bad for the baby? Some sites say yes some say no. Which is it?

I've always thought cottage cheese was good for you. Quite few of my midwife friend's clients like it and it hasn't harmed any babies yet that I know of but I could be wrong. I guess too much of anything can be harmful.... The leaking fluids is normal. Some women have it as early as you do and others have it three days before the baby is born. It is your pre-milk ... I forget the real term for it...
