27-10-2009 - Help anyone I need some Sleep PLEASE

My mood while writing this blog:
Tired

So I go in for my doctors appt on Friday and was so shocked to have Josh come home to say he can make it to the appt! YAY! But aside for that, I am so tired. The past few nights I haven't gotten much sleep. I sleep but it isn't deep sleep. The only deep sleep I have gotten in since Saturday has been an hour in the morning when Josh goes to work or gets out of bed to of course play his video games. I have tried sleeping with a pillow between my legs, I have tried a pillow below my back, I have tried one pillow and two pillows under my head,....I just cannot seem to sleep. Some of it seems to be when I start to fall asleep, Josh starts snoring lol. Which seems like any guy right. For those of you who don't have men who snore, be lucky! Cherish that nights sleep! You never know when the next good one you get will be lol. So any ways, I am trying not to be picky, I just can't win. It is starting to get hot in the bedroom. We all ready have two fans going and I am freezing out my husband. Even driving in the car I have the ac on high lol. So I could use any suggestions anyone can offer! I really would like just maybe 6 or 7 hours of sleep. That is all I am asking for. Just a good nights sleep. Please....!

I had some issues with sleeping when pregnant too and I had to sleep on the couch a couple of times because my hubby snored as well. And I had the a/c cranked high as I was pregnant in the last trimester during summer so HE slept on the couch! But, in reality, it was like baby boot camp because once the baby came 1 year ago - I haven't slept since!! So I don't know what to suggest to be honest! Cherish the 2 or 3 hours that you do get because you may not even get that when your baby comes! Sorry! Good luck and hope you find some happy slumbering soon! xox
