27-1-2010 - 35 wks tomorrow

My mood while writing this blog: happy w/ results

I met a new doc today. She measured the baby she was pushed on my pelvic bone and I said Ouch! She said I'm sorry. She asked me if he really low. I said yes that's what they told me 2wks ago at my U/S. She sais she thought she felt his neck where his head should be. That he is really low in my pelvic bone and that is GOOD! cause he will come out easier. I was like Yay! Woot Woot! She said it's good that this baby is bigger than my last. I said should he come out as fast like my last did (14min's I only pushed for). She said this baby will only be a couple lbs heavier and that shouldn't make it harder on you cause your 1st was so small. I might have to push a couple more minutes longer. She said I should be fine doing an all natural birth. She said if he's born at 37 wks he'll weigh 61/2 or 7 lbs. That surprises me when he's measuring above average now. I'll keep that in mind. I'm not as worried as I was. So I get off bed rest at 36 wks when it's safer. 35 wks is to soon . There could be complications and they would try to stop delivery.At 36 wks they won't try to stop delivery. So one more week to go and I'm free. I only gained 1lb since the last 2wks I was weighed. I've been eating very healthy. I'm so happy w/ my results today. I pray every is having a good day too. Blessings to all. Praise YHWH.

yay! off of bed rest in one week. now watch this week is gonna go by so slow just because u want it to go by in a flash! but i hope u can stand it for ONE more week! good job keeping the baby in!

my little Isaac was born at 37 1/2 weeks and was 6lb 1oz ... 9 hours of total labor 30 min of pushing ... make sure you get to the hosptial fast with this next one : )

Good news! I am happy to hear this! One more week of bedrest! I hope you are all "movied, booked, songed" out so that you are ready finally to get up. It must have been hard for you! It is good to know your baby will require only a few more pushes and a couple of minutes longer!

Yeah...just gotta keep him cooking a couple more weeks :) Won't it be nice to have our babies here and out of our bodies so we can kiss and hug them!
