21-9-2009 - Thank God!

My mood while writing this blog: thankful!!

Yesterday afternoon when I went tot he bathroom I noticed some brownish discharge abd I had an ache in my lower back. I took it easy for the rest of the afternoon and early evening inoticed another brownish spot...I went to bed right away at 8 pm and stayed in bed all night...this morning when I went to the bathroom there was a tiny bit of pink so I phoned in sick to work went to the bathroom again and this time there was bright red blood when I wiped so I got dressed and drove to my OB's office when he opened at 9 am. He took me right in and said that he had seen a small sack of blood behind (I cant remember if he said it was behind the uterus or the sack) my first ultrasound and it had probably ruptured. He did an ultrasound and he was right! The sack of blood had drainer and the baby was perfect!!! We got to see the baby and the strong heartbeat! With tears streaming down my face and DH holding my hand We could hear and see a strong healthy heartbeating!!! It was amazing!! He told us to go home take it easy no sex and bed rest for me for a week. I go back to see him again on Oct 1st!
