05-1-2010 - Early Christmas Gift!

Well Christmas really has come early this year!! I took a HPT this Dec 20th and it is POSITIVE!!! We are thrilled and excited! I will call Dr Farag first thing in the morning and hopefully be able to get on progestron ASAP!! We are stilla bit in shock...3 pregnancies in 9 months...we will be doing alot of extra praying over the next 9!! As far as we can calculate I would have been 4 weeks then and would be due about Aug 25th 2010!!

I called Dr.'s office on Monday and spoke to him, told him I got a positive test on Sunday and he called in Progestron 600 mg a day 200X3 also reminded me to continue with Calcium 1500mg, Asprin 81mg, Folic Acid an extra 5 mg on topof my PregVit prenatals that put me at 13 pills a day! BUT it will all be soooo worth it if in Aug we have a healthy full term baby!! My EDD is Aug 25th for now. We see OBGYN in persn on Jan 14th and willmost likely have a transvaginal ultrasound that day too! I will be 8 weeks so should be able to see the baby and heart beat by then! He asked us if we wanted to come in earlier on Jan 4th but we both worked that day after the hoildays and really as we have learned from thepast rushing in to see him is not going to change anything either way! We are so happy and are saying extra prayers everyday to keep our little baby safe and growning healthy! We are not as nervous as we were last time, I think we just know that whatever will be will be and worrying will not change it.

Tues Dec 29th
I will be 6 weeks tomorrow andI have almost no symptons what so ever~! I do wake up every night to go to the bathroom and have had some slight cramping butI think things are just moving aroundto make room for baby to grow. I went to a walk in clinic today because I felt like I might be getting a bladder infection and I was right it is just starting and FamilyDr said it was good that I caught it early cause bladder infections put you at higher risk to misscarry. So I am on Anti-Biotics for that( that makes the total for this week 16 pills a day) for a week. Ill ask OBGYN to check again on the bladder infection in 2 weeks when I am there.

I know this sounds crazy but I really wish i had some more symptoms...its reassuring, but at the same time I feel content right now.

Tomorrow I will be 7 weeks and that is past my 2nd M/C week...next goal 10 weeks 1st M/C date!! Praying for a full term pregnancy!!!
